3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract:

• All content on the Noveternum website (design, code, text, images) is our intellectual property
• Client project deliverables and their IP are transferred to the client upon full payment
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

4. User Conduct

• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality

5. Project Terms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
